Most people wear fitness attire and bring their bathing suits for cold plunges, hot tubs, and pool activities.

Parking varies by venue. Please check the event details on our website and Instagram for the most up-to-date parking information closer to the event.

We love dogs too — so this might seem a bit contradictory! But it's best to leave your pup at home for a few reasons:

• Venue Policy: The venue only allows shelter dogs at this special event.
• Enjoy the Activities: You'll want the freedom to fully participate — cold plunges, free massages, fitness challenges, and Puppy Yoga.
• Crowd Comfort: With so many people and dogs, not every dog handles crowds well, which can cause stress or anxiety.
• Focus on Adoption: Our goal is to give shelter puppies the spotlight and increase their chances of finding loving homes. 🙏
